Who does Green Apple Cleaning send to clean my home?
Our cleaning professionals are trained, bonded and insured. We never hire anyone before conducting a thorough background check. Our residential housekeepers respect customers by never eating, drinking, smoking or using appliances during home cleanings. Each Green Apple Cleaning employee takes pride in their work, receiving regularly updated training and supervision to ensure quality maid service.
What should I do before the cleaning service arrives?
Green Apple Cleaning asks that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams. Try to remove any cosmetics from the bathroom vanity, and remove food/dishes from the kitchen counter. We only ask this so that we can do a better job cleaning and scrubbing!
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., most of our customers aren’t home, but the vast majority trust Green Apple Cleaning with the key to their home, garage access code, or even a security lock box located outside of their home. All house keys given to keep on file in the office are individually coded and cross-referenced.
What if something is damaged or broken during a cleaning service?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. Our staff is trained to be extra careful with bleach, and to pay extra close attention while dusting and vacuuming. If something does unexpectedly break, we will leave you a note and a customer representative will call you about replacing or repairing the item. Green Apple Cleaning is bonded and insured to cover these expenses.
What if we miss cleaning something?
Our cleaning services offer consistent, quality cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunication does occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means if you notify us within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will come back to correct their mistake at no additional charge.
How do I re-schedule a cleaning service?
We will work with your schedule the best we can. In order to provide a reliable service, we always call 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You must cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to avoid a $35 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next cleaning service. If this is your first cancellation under the 48 hour time period, there is no cancellation fee.
