For commercial cleaning, try to clear reception areas, work spaces, break rooms and kitchen areas of any unnecessary items. Please be sure there is a clear path for our workers and cleaning equipment. Advise of any special requirements upon the arrival of the cleaning crew by contacting the office.

No. Green Apple residential cleaning services are generally available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Since most of our customers aren’t home, the vast majority trust Green Apple Cleaning with the key to their home, garage access code, or even a security lock box. Commercial buildings are services 24/7 upon clients request and most of the time outside of the regular business hours. All house and office keys, access cards given to keep on file in our offices are individually coded and cross-referenced.

We treat you and your home and work space with complete respect. Our staff is trained to be extra careful with bleach, and to pay extra close attention while dusting and vacuuming. If accident happens we will leave you a note and a customer representative will call you about the solution. Green Apple Cleaning is bonded and insured to cover these expenses.

Green Apple cleaning services offer consistent, quality cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunication does occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer a 48 hours service guarantee, which means if you notify us within 24 hours, our staff will come back to correct their mistake at no additional charge.

We will work with your schedule the best we can. In order to provide a reliable service, we always contact our clients 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You must cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to avoid a $49 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next cleaning service. If this is your first cancellation under the 48 hour time period, there is no cancellation fee.
